About entering of amendment into the Law "About Aircraft"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 5, 2025
Article 1. No. ZR-81 "About aircraft" to add part 7 of article 52 of the Law of February 22, 2007 with Item 6 of the following content:
"6) shall provide provision to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the round-the-clock access to the systems of video surveillance fixing entrances and exits from the airports. In visible part of the controlled territory the announcement with content "shall be placed the territory is controlled by the Ministry of Internal Affairs".".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since August 9, 2025.
