About modification and amendments in the Law "About Police"

"4) to require and receive videos from state bodies of the Republic of Armenia (except for the Ministries of Defence, Services of foreign intelligence and Service of the state protection), Services of homeland security - only regarding the systems of video surveillance installed at check points of frontier, local government bodies, organizations and organizations of the state and municipal subordination, the body organizing activities of car parks with controlled electronic systems by car parks (systems of video fixing), authorized bodies of management of the motor transportation sphere and the emergency services, the airports to have access to the systems of video surveillance installed on outer side of buildings in their territory, and in case of authorized bodies of management of the motor transportation sphere and the emergency services - to the systems of video surveillance of the corresponding vehicles provided by the law.
Bodies, the organizations and organizations specified in this Item shall store videos of systems of video surveillance at least 15 days. The access to systems of video surveillance demanded from the bodies, the organizations and organizations specified in this Item includes:
