In recent years in our country large-scale works on further enhancement of traffic regulations, prevention of the road accidents and control of traffic safety are carried out.
At the same time there is need of establishment of the administrative responsibility for driving by transport drivers on sidewalks, walking paths, bicycle paths and the green areas, for installation of the illegal obstacles and other devices obstructing traffic of participants of traffic and also for movement of other vehicles on the road with separately allocated strip for route vehicles.
This Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the changes and additions providing establishment of the administrative responsibility for the offenses connected with driving by transport drivers on sidewalks, walking and bicycle paths and the green areas created in the territories adjoining to them, by installation of the illegal obstacles and other devices obstructing traffic of participants of traffic and also movement of vehicles on the road with separately allocated strip for route vehicles.
This Law will serve traffic safety, prevention of the road accidents, creation of additional conveniences to movement of public transport on roads.
