About modification and amendments in the Law "About Structure and Activities of the Government"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 5, 2025

Article 1. In Item 15 of appendix to the Law of March 23, 2018 No. ZR-253 "About structure and activities of the government" (further - the Law):

1) to exclude the words "development of public-private partnership";

2) to replace the words "and state support of agricultural industry" with words", the state support of agricultural industry and gambling activities".

Article 2. In Item 17 of appendix to the law:

To add 1) after words of "the organization of budget process" with words of "management of the state investments";

2) to Replace the words "gaming" with the words "development of public-private partnership".

Article 3. Final part and transitional provision

1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. The legal acts following from this Law are accepted in six-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
