About modification of some Rules of the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the Law of Ukraine "About institutes of joint investment", the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts, the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 01, 2013 at No. 1689/24221, to make the following changes to Item 2 of the Section VI of the Regulations on structure and structure of assets of institute of the joint investment approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 10, 2013 No. 1753,:

in paragraph six punctuation mark "." to replace with punctuation mark ";";

add Item after the paragraph of the sixth with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

2.
