Part 6 to state 1) in the following edition:
"6. To persons having secondary professional education, the orientation (profile) of which corresponds to orientation (profile) of programs of bachelor degree, programs of specialist programme, the acceptance right to training in programs of bachelor degree is granted, to programs of specialist programme in the educational organizations of the higher education by results of entrance tests which form and the list are determined by the educational organization of the higher education. Compliance of orientation (profile) of programs of bachelor degree, programs of specialist programme of orientation (profile) of secondary professional education is determined by the educational organization of the higher education.";
To add 2) with part 6.1 following of content:
"6.1. Acceptance on training in programs of bachelor degree and programs of specialist programme of persons having the higher education is carried out by results of entrance tests which form and the list are determined by the educational organization of the higher education.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
