1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for conducting cameral check approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2019 No. 34, the following changes:
the paragraph the fourth Item 6 after words "tender cancelled," to add with words "protocols of opening and consideration of offers for participation in the first stage of two-stage tender, protocols of preliminary selection of participants,";
to add paragraph two of part two of Item 7 and paragraph two of part two of Item 10 after the word "position" with the word of "employee";
in Item 11:
"purchases" to add part one after the word with the words "and on condition of availability of possibility of its elimination";
third parts two after the word "position" to add the paragraph with the word of "employee".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
