1. Add appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2023 with No. 44 "About the list of the states" Item 5 of the following content:
"5. Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective till December 31, 2025 inclusive.
