About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2019 No. 35
Based on subitem 7.1.14 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in appendix 2 to the Instruction about procedure for the request for pension and the organization of work and record keeping to destination and the pension payment approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2019 No. 35, the following changes:
in Item 3:
add Item with subitem 3.2-1 of the following content:

in Item 5:

in column 5 of subitem 5.4 of the word "paragraph two" shall be replaced with words "paragraphs two and the tenth";
in column 5 of subitem 5.7 to replace the word "fifth" with the word "sixth";
in column 5 of subitem 5.8 to replace the word "sixth" with the word "seventh";
