About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of allowance payment on burials
For the purpose of improvement of social security of the needy population of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Provision "About Procedure and Conditions of Allowance Payment on Burials to Members of Needy Family".
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 4, 1992 No. 30 "About increase in benefits for burial" and the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 27, 1993 No. 172 "About increase in the size of benefits for burial".
