I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of October 21, 2016 No. 18 "About some questions of realization of personnel policy in anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-corruption service)" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14450) the following changes and amendment:

"According to the subitem 9) of Article 5-1, Items 7 and 8 of Article 29 and Item 6 of article 54-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About law-enforcement service" I ORDER:";

in the Technique of assessment of results of staffing and quality of work of subjects of personnel policy of the Anti-corruption service approved by the specified order:

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Assessment of results of staffing and quality of work of subjects of personnel policy (further – assessment) is performed by personnel service of the Agency, including by means of the information automated database (information system).";

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Information for evaluating is provided by territorial authorities of the Agency (further – territorial authorities) in personnel service of the Agency on paper and electronic media, including by means of the information automated database (information system).";

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. Assessment is performed by the following criteria:

1) efficiency of use of personnel resources;

2) effectiveness of employee assessment;

3) training of employees.";
