1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 18, 2022 No. 684 "About approval of Rules of interaction of structural divisions of the Ministry of Defence, General Staff and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan when forming the state defense order and implementing public procurements for the benefit of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of interaction of structural divisions of the Ministry of Defence, General Staff and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan when forming the state defense order and implementing the public procurements for the benefit of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
6) of Item 2 to exclude the subitem;
add with Items 16-1 and 16-2 of the following content:
"16-1. The Dovolstvuyushchy body, within five working days, from the date of approval of the organizations whose samples were approved by the commission on approval of samples of ware property, sends to the organizer the protocol of approval of samples.
16-2. The organizer, within three working days, from the date of receipt of the protocol of approval of samples of ware property, sends to the organizations included in the notification on the forthcoming procedure of the choice of contractors of the state defense order in the register whose samples were approved, with indication of date, time and the place.";
