Article 3 to add 1) with Item of 31 following contents:

"31) object of unique bench testing and polygon facilities - the means of testing representing the technical device for reproduction of test conditions and (or) control of parameters of object of testing corresponding the approved Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 20 of part 1 of article 6 of this Federal Law to criteria of reference of means of the testing representing technical devices for reproduction of test conditions and (or) control of parameters of objects of testing to objects of unique bench testing and polygon facilities.";

2) in Article 6:

a) add part 1 with Items 20 and 21 of the following content:

"20) approves criteria of reference of means of the testing representing technical devices for reproduction of test conditions and (or) control of parameters of objects of testing to objects of unique bench testing and polygon facilities;

21) is approved by procedure for forming and maintaining the register of the objects of unique bench testing and polygon facilities, the scope of information included in the specified register, forms and terms of provision of such data for inclusion in the specified register, the bases for adoption by authorized body of decisions on inclusion in the specified register of such data or on their exception of the specified register, and also procedure for access to the data containing in the specified register.";
