Paragraph two of part 4 to state 4) in the following edition:

"attracts the prevention or imposing of administrative penalty on citizens in the amount of one thousand rubles; on officials - from three thousand to five thousand rubles; on legal entities - from twenty thousand to fifty thousand rubles.";
