For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 364 of November 26, 2018 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About education" and "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 1291-VQD of October 30, 2018" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

Make the following changes to "The rule of training of citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic abroad, foreigners and stateless persons in the Azerbaijan Republic", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 1, 2015 No. 125 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2015, No. 5, Article 613; 2016, No. 6, Article 1200; No. 12, Article 2239; 2017, No. 4, Article 671; 2018, No. 11, Article 2430; The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 19, 2018 No. 545):
