Being guided by the paragraph the eighth article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Point at the end of subitem 2.7.4 of "The amount of the customs duties" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 26, 2016 No. 168 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 4, Article 823; 2018, No. 8, Article 1797) to replace with semicolon and to add with subitems 2.7.5 and 2.7.6 of the following content:

"2.7.5. in cases of military commodity import on the basis of the state defense order, contracts signed by the organizations which are part of Armed Forces of the Azerbaijan Republic, and international treaties which participant is the Azerbaijan Republic, including when purchasing arms and the equipment;

2.7.6. In cases of implementation of transactions on temporary export and reimport for repair of the military products specified in subitem 2.7.5."

2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 (thirty) days from the date of its publication.
