In recent years in our country system work on environmental protection, providing ecological safety, rational use of natural resources and improvement of ecological situation is carried out.
However expansion of scales of construction and urbanization, increase in cases of raising in air of particles of dust and sand on building sites is led to quality degradation of atmospheric air.
In turn it creates need of establishment of responsibility of officials of the construction organizations for violation of requirements for protection of atmospheric air on building sites.
This Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the additions and change establishing responsibility for non-compliance with requirements for protection of atmospheric air on building sites.
This Law will serve improvement of ecological situation, prevention of pollution of atmospheric air, and also increase in responsibility of officials of the construction organizations for environmental protection.
