1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 1, 2021 No. 384-HK "About approval of Rules of decision making about inclusion or exception of conformity assessment bodies in national part (from national part) the unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 22917) the following change:
The rules of decision making about inclusion or exception of conformity assessment bodies in national part (from national part) the unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows, according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
