About measures for enhancement of procedures of export of products and production incentive of finished goods with value added

(as amended of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 19.09.2025 No. UP-174)

For the purpose of further enhancement of export procedures, production incentive of finished goods with value added on the basis of local raw materials and increase in investment appeal of processing industry I decide:

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objective of adoption of this Decree reduction of export procedures in compliance with provisions of the World Trade Organization.

II. Measures for enhancement of export procedures

2. Since July 1, 2025 to implement export customs duties of rather some types of primary goods and socially important products, and also to approve their rates according to appendix No. 1.

3. The interdepartmental commission on work with the World Trade Organization (Zh. A. Hodzhayev) quarterly to carry out analyses by efficiency of the implemented export customs duties, if necessary to make offers on their change in Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Make changes and addition to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2, providing cancellation:

(a) export procedure of objects and products based on decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

(b) the charges levied when exporting some types of goods.

5. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

III. Organization and control of execution of the Decree

6. Discussion of course of execution of this Decree, implementation of coordination and control of activities of the departments responsible for its execution to assign to deputy prime ministers Zh. A. Hodzhayev and D. A. Kuchkarov.
