According to article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan I decide:
1) to Impose moratorium on all types of checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship (except for checks of tax authorities) till January 1, 2027.
2) to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of execution of this decree the corresponding regulatory legal act in a month.
