About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 751) the following changes:
1) regarding 1 Article 4:

2) in Article 5:
a) the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Cabinet of Ministers;";
b) in paragraph six in official language to exclude the word "selective";
3) in Article 6:
a) in part 1:
- in paragraph eight shall be replaced with words the word of "Government" "Cabinet of Ministers";
- the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"regulatory legal acts of state bodies and local government bodies, authorized to accept (to publish) regulatory legal acts, according to acts of delegation of rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers;";
b) regarding 3 words", except as specified, provided by part 4 of this Article" to exclude;
c) recognize part 4 invalid;
