1. Make change to Terms of the contract about transfer on the right of the economic maintaining the state-owned property which is in state-owned property and used in process of implementation of activities for transportation of natural gas by bulk distribution lines, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 15, 2019 No. 942 "Some questions of property administration which is in state-owned property and it is used for ensuring transportation of natural gas by trunk gas pipelines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 12, of the Art. 471), having added with their Item 5.10 of the following content:
"5.10. The restrictions set by Items 5.7-5. 9, subitem 9.1.8 of Item 9.1 of this agreement, do not extend to property concerning which transactions which investigation can be termination of the right of economic maintaining to the property used in the course of implementation of activities for transportation of natural gas, the parts three of article 44 of the Law of Ukraine approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the paragraph the fourth "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" are made.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since February 21, 2025.
