About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of licensed authorization system

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About optimization of the regulatory legal base of regulation of business activity" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 4, the Art. 337) the following changes:
Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 1. Regulation of business activity
1. In this Law regulation of business activity assumes establishment of the rights, obligations and requirements for entrepreneurs and their activities, and also regulation of the relations between public authorities and entrepreneurs.
2. Regulating sandbox - legal regime for testing according to the procedure of experiment of the innovative/new projects allowing state bodies to test in the limited circle projects without risk of violation of the current legislation.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right on determined or in all territory of the Kyrgyz Republic to enter the project of pilot regulation (the mode of "regulating sandbox") for up to one year.
The procedure for carrying out the project of pilot regulation is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Based on information on results of carrying out the project of pilot regulation the corresponding regulatory legal act is adopted or other measures for enhancement of regulatory legal acts or recognition of regulatory legal act invalid are taken.";
