1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2014 No. 7-1/611 "About approval of Rules of carrying out approbation of veterinary medicine and feed additives" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10287, it is published on March 3, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
state heading in the following edition:
"About approval of Rules of carrying out approbation and registration testing of veterinary medicines, feed additives";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out approbation and registration testing of veterinary medicines, feed additives.";
The rules of carrying out approbation of veterinary medicines and feed additives approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of veterinary, phytosanitary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
