About entering of amendments into the Law "About Trade and Services"

Article 1. No. ZR-134 "About trade and services" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of November 24, 2004 with Items 31 and 32 of the following content:
"31) energy drinks - alcoholic or nonalcoholic tonics in which the total quantity of caffeine exceeds 150 mg/l and which contain one or several tonic substances, either minerals, or digestible carbohydrates, or vitamins, or vitamin of similar substances, or nutrients (substrates), or stimulators of energy exchange, including substances (ingredients) of plant origin, except for tea, coffee;
32) the automatic device of self-service - the electronic program and technical device intended for implementation of trading activities which provides implementation of trade or provision of services without direct intervention of the employee.".
Article 2. In article 9 of the Law:
Part 16 after words of "alcoholic beverages" to add 1) with the words "and energy drinks";
To add 2) with Sections 16.1 and 16.2 of the following content:
"16.1. Sale or realization of alcoholic and energy drinks to persons who did not reach 18-year age, any other method is forbidden.
16.2. Sale of alcoholic and energy drinks is forbidden by automatic devices of self-service and other technical means.";
To add 3) with part 26 of the following content:
"26. The energy drinks offered for sale shall be supplied with the certain consumer shelf (section) with text "energy drink". On the shelf (section) there shall be text: "Children are not recommended to use 18 years are younger, during pregnancy and feeding by breast, and also to persons with high nervous excitement, sleeplessness, high arterial pressure", placed in the legible and visible place.".
Article 3. To add part 6 of article 11 of the law after words of "alcoholic beverages" with the words "and energy drinks".
