This law shifts subitems (a), (b) and (c) of Item 3 parts (1) Articles 2, Item 7 of Article 3, part (2) articles 18a, parts (3), (5) and (6) Articles 30, of part (1) – (5), (9) Articles 31, part (2) Articles 38, part (3) Article 61 of the Directive (EU) 2015/849 European parliament and Council of May 20, 2015 about prevention of use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering or financing of terrorism making changes to Regulations (EU) No. 648/2012 of the European parliament and Council and canceling the Directive 2005/60/EC of the European parliament and Council and the Directive 2006/70/EC of the Commission published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 141/73 of June 5, 2015 No. CELEX: 32015L0849, with the subsequent changes made by the Directive (EU) 2018/843 European parliament and Council of May 30, 2018 making changes to the Directive (EU) 2015/849 about prevention of use of financial system for the purpose of money laundering or financing of terrorism and to Directives 2009/138/EC and 2013/36/ES.
Art. I. – Part (2) article 14 of the Law on peasant farms No. 1353/2000 (2001, Art. No. 14-15, 52), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the Item d 1) of the following content:
"d 1) surname, name, birth date, the state identification number, the residence, adoptive state, nationality of the vygodopriobretayushchy owner / выгодоприобретающих owners in the value determined in the Law on the prevention and anti-money laundering and terrorism No. 308/2017 financing;".
Art. II. – In the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 66-75, 132), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
