About introduction of amendments to the Air code of the Russian Federation

Bring in the Air code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 12, Art. 1383; 2010, No. 30, Art. 4014; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590; No. 48, Art. 6733; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4342; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4160; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2022, No. 48, Art. 8325) following changes:
1) in Item 1 of Article 22:
a) the paragraph one after the word "used" to add with words "federal executive bodies, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos and the organizations, to use of which the state aircrafts (further - federal executive bodies, federal state body and the organizations in which use there are state aircrafts) are in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation given,";
b) in paragraph three of the word "and the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos of tasks" shall be replaced with words ", federal state body and the organizations in which use there are state aircrafts, of tasks", after the word of "crime", to add with words "to the sphere of criminal trial,";
To add 2) with Article 25.1 of the following content:
"Article 25.1. Safety of flights of the state aircrafts
1. For the purpose of safety of flights of the state aircraft the Government of the Russian Federation approves regulations on safety of flights of the state aircrafts.
2. The authorized body in the field of defense coordinates activities of the authorized bodies having divisions of the state aircraft concerning safety of flights of the state aircrafts.";
3) in Chapter IV:
a) in the name "civil" to exclude the word;
b) add with Article 31.1 of the following content:
"Article 31.1. Federal state control (supervision) in the field of the state aircraft
