To add 1) with Article 45.1 of the following content:

"Article 45.1. The additional allowance on leaving to separate categories of pensioners

To the pensioners from among persons specified in article 1 of this Law, and members of their families who are disabled people of the I group (except for disabled people since the childhood of the I group to whose pension monthly payment in connection with implementation of care of them able-bodied person) or reached age of 80 years, to the pension granted according to this Law is made (including estimated in the minimum size) the additional allowance on leaving in the amount of 1200 rubles a month is charged.
