"5) use of the vehicles and (or) self-propelled machines belonging to the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership (except for vehicles and (or) self-propelled machines of diplomatic representations, consular and other establishments of foreign states and the international organizations), and in urgent cases of the vehicles and (or) self-propelled machines belonging to physical persons for providing actions for fight against terrorism. The procedure for expense recovery, the vehicles connected with such use and (or) self-propelled machines, is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation;".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
