About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions (further – changes and amendments) which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This Decree becomes effective since January 6, 2025, except for paragraphs of the fourth and fifth Item of 7 changes and amendments which become effective after three months from the date of its official publication.

Changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2006 No. 201 "About approval of the State protocol of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in appendix 1 to the State protocol of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

add with Items 10-1, 10-2, 15-1 and 15-2 of the following content:

"10-1. First deputy Premier-Ministra

10-2. First deputy Rukovoditelya of Presidential Administration";

exclude Items 20 and 27;
