About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in coordination with Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to approve basic measure values of reliability, value of coefficients of acceptable deviations of the actual measure values of reliability from planned and the maximum dynamics of improvement of planned targets of reliability for groups of the territorial network organizations having economic and technical characteristics and (or) conditions of activities comparable with each other using method of comparison of analogs.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
