a) add Item 5 with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) decision making about correction of technical mistake.";

b) add with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. The technical mistakes made in the records entered in the register improve according to the solution of the authorized officer of federal body on control and supervision, stipulated in Item 2 these rules, within 5 working days from the date of their detection by entering into the register of new record with reference to the record containing technical mistake.

Technical mistakes the slips, typographical errors, grammatical mistakes or similar mistakes made in the records entered in the register by provision of the state service in state registration of the capital processing equipment for production of tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production are recognized.".
