About approval of Rules of maintaining the unified state register of the capital processing equipment for production of tobacco products, raw materials, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and nicotinic raw materials

According to part 1 of article 4 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the unified state register of the capital processing equipment for production of tobacco products, raw materials, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and nicotinic raw materials.

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023, except for the subitem "zh" of item 4 and the subitem "v" of Item 5 of the Rules approved by this resolution which become effective since March 1, 2024.
