For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of state bodies of the executive authority, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About general conscription of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, about military and alternative services", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on medical examination in Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service (on peace and wartime) according to appendix.
2. To armed forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service to accept the above-stated Provision to management and to provide its accomplishment.
3. Recognize invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on medical examination in Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service (on peace and wartime)" of December 18, 2009 No. 771;
2) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 8, 2014 No. 586;
