1. Make to the section IV of the Procedure for carrying out the confirmation of conformity of conditions of production of medicines to requirements of the Proper production practice approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 27, 2012 No. 1130, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2013 at No. 133/22665 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 09, 2020 No. 1346) the following changes:
in paragraph one of Item 11 of the word "in the English or Russian languages" shall be replaced with words "in English";
in the paragraph the second Item 12 of the word "in the Ukrainian, Russian or English languages" shall be replaced with words "in the Ukrainian or English languages".
2. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Alexander Gritsenko):
1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
