1. Determine that the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation is the authorized body of the Russian Federation performing issue of confirmation about reference of imported goods to the goods specified in subitem 7.1.75 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 to No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning separate types of meat of cattle refrigerated (codes 0202 30 100 4, of 0202 30 500 4 and 0202 30 900 4 CN FEA EEU), held for use in production of meat products concerning which the tariff privilege provided by the paragraph the fifth subitem 7.1.75 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" is provided (further - beef concerning which the tariff privilege is provided).

2. Determine that for the purposes of realization of the tariff privilege in the form of exemption of the import customs duty provided by the paragraph the fifth subitem 7.1.75 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" the legal entities and (or) individual entrepreneurs registered in the territory of the Russian Federation whose core activity corresponds to the following industries (types of activity) treat producers of meat products:

production from meat of lethal animals and fowl (code 10.13 All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities OK 029-2014 (Edition KDES 2);

production of meat products for baby food, including from fowl (code 10.86.3 All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities OK 029-2014 (Edition KDES 2).

Rules for apportionment of amount of separate types of meat of cattle refrigerated concerning which the tariff privilege provided by the paragraph the fifth subitem 7.1.75 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" is provided;

Rules of issue of the confirmation specified in Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2025 to No. 102 "About measures for implementation of subitem 7.1.75 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning separate types of meat of cattle refrigerated".

4. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:

within 5 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to distribute between participants of foreign trade activity 90 percent of amount of beef concerning which the tariff privilege is provided, according to Rules for apportionment of amount of separate types of meat of cattle refrigerated concerning which the tariff privilege provided by the paragraph the fifth subitem 7.1.75 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" is provided, approved by this resolution;

within 6 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and to post on the official site of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the Internet data on the amounts of beef distributed according to the paragraph the second this Item between participants of foreign trade activity concerning which the tariff privilege is provided.

5. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation:

within 2 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to post on the official site the Ministries of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on the Internet information on documents acceptance, the Rules for apportionment of amount of separate types of meat of cattle refrigerated provided by Items 8 and 9 concerning which the tariff privilege provided by the paragraph the fifth subitem 7.1.75 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" is provided, approved by this resolution;

till November 30, 2025 to make decisions on distribution between participants of foreign trade activity of 10 percent of amount of beef concerning which the tariff privilege, according to the Rules of issue of the confirmation specified in Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2025 to No. 102 "About measures for implementation of subitem 7.1.75 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning separate types of meat of cattle refrigerated", approved by this resolution is provided;

within one working day from the date of decision making about distribution of part of amount of beef concerning which the tariff privilege is provided to post on the official site the Ministries of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on the Internet data on the amount of beef distributed according to the paragraph third this Item between participants of foreign trade activity concerning which the tariff privilege is provided;

perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of the confirmation specified in Item 1 of this resolution according to the Rules of issue of the confirmation specified in Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2025 to No. 102 "About measures for implementation of subitem 7.1.75 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning separate types of meat of cattle refrigerated", approved by this resolution within amounts of beef concerning which the tariff quota is provided, distributed according to the paragraph the second item 4 of this resolution and the paragraph third this Item.

6. Determine that ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties is not provided in case of conditional release of the separate types of meat of cattle refrigerated (codes 0202 30 100 4, 0202 30 500 4 and 0202 30 900 4 CN FEA EEU), placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption using privileges on payment of import customs duties, the taxes integrated to restrictions on use and (or) the order with these goods on condition of submission to customs authority of the Russian Federation of the confirmation specified in Item 1 of this resolution issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation according to the paragraph to the fifth Item 5 of this resolution.

7. Represent to the Federal Customs Service to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation:
