1. Establish for the term of 15 February till June 30, 2025 (inclusive) the tariff quotas on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, the corn (code 1005 90 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) made in the territories of Primorsky Krai and the Amur region placed under customs procedure of export (further respectively - the tariff quota, corn), in amounts of 337 thousand tons and 200 thousand tons respectively.
1(1). Establish for term from the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 24, 2025 No. 946 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 1, 2025 No. 78" till June 30, 2025 (inclusive) rates of export customs duties on the corn made in the territories of Primorsky Krai and the Amur region and which is taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 1.
2. Distribution of the tariff quota is performed by management officials of Primorsky Krai and the Amur region (further - the management official of the certain region) (persons, them replacing) in case of the address of participants of foreign trade activity in declarative procedure according to the rules approved by the management official of the certain region (person, it replacing) in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
