1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.78 of the following content:
"7.1.78. Potatoes seed categories "E" (Elite) and "And" (the first reproduction), the CN FEA EEU classified by code 0701 10 000 0 imported of no more than 1 790 tons into the Kyrgyz Republic.
The specified tariff privilege is provided on condition of submission to customs authority of the Kyrgyz Republic of the document issued by the executive body of the Kyrgyz Republic authorized in the field of agricultural policy, and the containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing their import.
The tariff privilege provided by this Item is provided concerning the goods placed (placed) under customs procedure of release for internal consumption concerning which the declaration on goods, and in case of release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods - the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 22, 2025 No. 3 till June 30, 2025 inclusive are registered by customs authority of the Kyrgyz Republic from the effective date.
