1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

"6-2. The service of the state customer in the field of defense (further - service of the state customer) for ensuring accomplishment of obligations according to public contracts on purchase of goods (including works, services) defense appointment, concluded with nonresidents within pilot projects which procedure for accomplishment is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (further - public contracts of service of the state customer), performs:

1) purchase of foreign currency which is enlisted on its current account;

2) transfer of the purchased foreign currency from the current account into the account of conditional storage (eskro) opened in the servicing bank no later than two working days from the date of transfer of the purchased foreign currency on its current account.
