About modification of some regulations (the aspects concerning procedure for execution of military service)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on application of testing on the detector of simulation (polygraph) No. 269/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 57-58, 161), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (4) articles 3 after words "bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs", to add with words of "Ministry of Defence".
2. Item a) articles 4 after words "bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs," to add with words of "Ministry of Defence".
3. Article 7 after words "bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs," to add with words of "Ministry of Defence".
Art. II. - In the Law on training of citizens for protection of the Homeland No. 1245/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 137-138, 1054), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. The change made by this Item concerns only the text in Romanian.
2. Part (Article 4 to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) the Students and pupils of educational institutions of the sphere of military science having the status of the contract serviceman are considered being on military service from coming into force of the contract on execution of military service.".
3. In part (8) Article 18 of the word", and also" to exclude the period of serving of authority punishment in the form of arrest.
4. In Article 27:
part ("lyceums" to add 2) after the word with the words "and colleges";
part (to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) the Young men enlisted in educational institutions of the sphere of military science sign the contract on execution of military service in the following procedure:
a) students - from the date of transfer;
b) pupils - from the date of achievement of age of 18 years.";
