About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Legal Profession"

Article 1. State item 4 of part 5 of article 41 of the Law of December 14, 2004 to No. ZR-29 "About legal profession" in the following edition:
"4) Family members whose monthly income constitutes less than 160 percent from the threshold granting the right to disability benefit to one family member according to the procedure, established by the Law "About Public Welfare Payments" and the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. and which were acknowledged socially vulnerable during assessment procedure of vulnerability of family.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after official publication and will be effective in the terms established by the order of the Government approving neediness evaluation procedure.
