1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 17, 2023 No. 1011 "About some questions of provision of exclusive export right of separate types of coals" the following amendments:
the list of participants of foreign trade activity which are granted exclusive right, approved by the specified resolution, to add in the lines, sequence numbers 39 and 40, of the following content:
"39. Coal Trading GH limited liability partnership.
40. OTUKEN limited liability partnership.".
2. To industry ministry and constructions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
