Based on subitem 1.19 of Item 1 of Article 118, of subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of Article 228 and subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of article 239 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, the paragraph of the fourth of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" and the paragraph of the fourth Item 19 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2006 No. 542 "About sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. of July 31, 2006 "About single questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" line item "The republican unitary enterprise "Forum" of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk" to exclude No. 982 from appendix 3 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2021 No. 610 "About lists of the sanatorium and improving organizations":
to state Item 147 of appendix 1 to this resolution in the following edition:
"147. Republican affiliated unitary enterprise "Forum".";
to state Item 148 of appendix 2 to this resolution in the following edition:
"148. Republican affiliated unitary enterprise "Forum".".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
