About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2024 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 266
1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 6 of appendix 1 and this Item – after official publication of this resolution;
other provisions of this resolution – since January 3, 2025.

Appendix 1
to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2024 No. 1043
1. To add the regulations on the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2004 No. 282, with Item 9 of the following content:
"9. GKNT approves technical codes of common practice in the field of value assessment of intellectual property items and property rights on them and makes explanations concerning value assessment of such objects.".
2. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus":
to add appendix to this resolution with Item 2 following of content:
"2. Republican unitary enterprise "Shakhtostroy".";
