About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2014 No. 104
Based on parts one and the fourth article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", the paragraph of third subitem 8.8-7 of Item 8 and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2014 No. 104 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for conducting examination of temporary disability" the following changes:
1.1. in preamble of the word "parts one" shall be replaced with words "parts one and the fourth";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for conducting examination of the temporary disability approved by this resolution:
in item 4 part three:
to exclude from paragraphs of the fifth, sixth and fourteenth word "in life";
after the paragraph of the twelfth to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"care of the disabled person of the I group at delivery of health care to person who is actually performing care of the disabled person of the I group, and impossibility it to perform this leaving;";
to exclude from part two of Item 41 of the word "in life";
in Item 42:
in part one "twelfth" to replace the word with the word "thirteenth";
in part seven of the word "for the sick child who reached" shall be replaced with words "for the sick person who reached";
after part eight to add Item with part of the following content:
