For the purpose of enhancement of compensation of court experts of Judicial and expert service under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 1, 2022 No. 434 the following change:
- to state appendix 7 to the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To judicial and expert service under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic to carry out recertification of court experts on the corresponding categories to three-months time.
3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
