1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 29, 2021 No. 202 "About approval of Rules of issue of the decision on carrying out complex of works on post-utilization of objects (demolition of buildings and constructions)" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 22672) the following changes:
be reworded as follows preamble:
"According to subitem 6-8) of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:";
Rules of issue of the decision on carrying out complex of works on post-utilization of objects (demolition of buildings and constructions) to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
