About measures for support of activities of National symphonic orchestra of Uzbekistan and broader familiarizing of the population with national and world classical musical art

For the purpose of further promoting in the country of works of national and world classical musical art, and also development of orchestral performance, increase in professional skill of representatives of this sphere, creation of necessary conditions and opportunities for talented youth in this direction, further expansion of material support of musical contractors and workers of orchestral collectives:

1. Establish since January 1, 2025 the sizes of the basic official pay rate of workers of National symphonic orchestra of Uzbekistan of the State philharmonic hall of Uzbekistan estimated in the ratio to the minimum wage under the Ministry of Culture:

orchestra art managing personnel - with increase on 4,0 coefficient;

actors of orchestra of the highest and first category - with increase from 1,17 coefficient on 4,0 coefficient;

actors of orchestra of the second category and without category - with increase from 1,17 coefficient on 3,0 coefficient.

2. To the Ministry of Economics and finance since 2025 to provide necessary means in parameters of the Government budget in connection with increase in the sizes of the salary based on Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers annually in December to approve plans of the organization of local and foreign tours of group of National symphonic orchestra of Uzbekistan for the next year, and also performances with concert programs before employees of large enterprises and organizations, members of their families on contractual basis.

4. To state bodies, organizations and the companies at the expense of extrabudgetary and trade-union funds to implement practice of the organization of the concert programs oriented to acquaintance of the workers with works of national and world classical musical art, and also acquisition of tickets and subscriptions for visit of these programs by them on system basis.

To agency on management of the state assets and other state bodies which are founders of economic societies at meetings of governing bodies of economic societies, in authorized fund (capital) of which the state share constitutes 50 percent and more, and the state companies regularly to initiate inclusion in business plans of task of holding the actions provided by this Item for the workers and members of their families according to requests of the above-stated organizations.

To the Ministry of Culture to the 20th day of every month to inform state bodies, public institutions, the companies, economic societies and the population on the programs of cultural and mass and concert and spectacular actions which are carried out next month, including concert programs of National symphonic orchestra of Uzbekistan.

5. To the Ministry of Culture:

to annually organize creation at least 5 pieces of music for group of National symphonic orchestra of Uzbekistan on the basis of the state order at the expense of the funds of the Government budget allocated to the Ministry of Culture, and also to provide their inclusion in concert programs and active promoting by means of teleradio channels, the Internet and social networks;

adjust activities of schools of skill of experienced conductors and orchestral contractors.

At the same time creative figures, worthy for creation of school of skill, are determined by board of the Ministry of Culture, and in addition encouraged on the basis of training efficiency evaluation at schools of skill in 50-fold size of basic settlement size quarterly at the expense of off-budget funds of development of the Ministry of Culture and State philharmonic hall of Uzbekistan.

6. Make additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 19, 2018 No. 458 "About approval of advanced wages system and material stimulation of employees of public institutions of culture and the Public Records Offices" according to appendix.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

The additions made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 19, 2018 No. 458 "About approval of advanced wages system and material stimulation of employees of public institutions of culture and the Public Records Offices"
