Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About fauna" of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 2, Art. 19; 2022, No. 12, h 2, Art. 777) following change and amendment:
1. To exclude from Article 9 of the word "controls observance of rules of hunting and fishery".
2. Add Article 31 with the paragraph the tenth the following content:
"-material and moral incentive of the physical persons and legal entities promoting protection of fauna;".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
