1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for the treatment of dangerous wastes in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 28, 2015 No. 885 the following change:
according to the procedure of the treatment of dangerous wastes in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, the approved above the resolution:
- add Chapter 2 with the paragraph 5 of the following content:
"§ 5. Treatment of obsolete pesticides
46-1. The pesticides which were outdate, become useless, lost the consumer qualities are subject to collection, the room in the special hermetically sealed container, reservoirs or packaging excluding mixing and the introduction in spontaneous reaction. Packaging shall be dense and not allow dispersal or course, and also to exclude possibility of pollution by the specified pesticides the environment in case of their storage, transportation. At the same time dense plastic or paper bags, net dry metal or plastic barrels are used.
46-2. Collection and storage of obsolete pesticides should be made in specially equipped warehouses of temporary storage and accumulating. Obsolete pesticides shall be stored on wooden pallets with observance of safety regulations and sanitary standards.
